How do I pay for my tour?

If you are reserving your tour on-line, your credit card will be charged. Reservations by phone require a credit card to hold your seat(s). If you choose to pay by credit card over the phone, there is a $2 per person service fee. No service fees are charged on internet reservations. Cash can only be paid directly to our tour guides. You can also come to our dispatch office prior to the tour departure date and pay cash directly.

How do I pay for my tour?

What credit cards do you accept?


We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit cards. We also accept Debit cards with any of these symbols.



Can I cancel my reservations?


Yes, cancellations must be made 72 hrs before trip departure to get a partial refund. Cancellations are subject to a $25 cancellation fee. Private Charters require 2 weeks’ notice for changes or cancellations.



Do you offer special pricing for children, students, or seniors?


Unfortunately, we do not have special pricing for children, students, or seniors, but there are regular discounts and special that you will be informed about if you are subscribed to our newsletter.

Our tours are recommended for adults. All tour attendees require tickets for ticketed tours. Please contact us at least 24 hours in advance of your tour with any questions (info@demolink.org).
